The All Terrain Recon Transport (AT-RT) is a walker used by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars era. Many AT-RTs are piloted by Scout Troopers. AT-RTs can be carried inside AT-TEs. The AT-RT is later used by the Galactic Empire to kill the heroic New Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Characteristics[]
AT-RTs stand 3.2 meters tall, and they are taller than any Confederate Battle Droid. The AT-RT has one repeating heavy blaster cannon that can destroy B1 Battle Droids quickly. 5 of these walkers can easily overpower an AAT. AT-RTs can also run at high speeds up to 90 km/h. An AT-RT can be stored in a LAAT/i in the 74-Z Speeder Bike section. 2 All Terrain Recon Transports can be stored in a LAAT/i only if their is no troopers in the troop-section. AT-RTs are piloted by ARF Troopers and later Scout Troopers.
