The B2-RP Super Battle Droid, more commonly known as the Rocket Droid, the B2-RP, or the Jetpack Droid, is a CIS jetpack-equipped B2 Super Battle Droid variant used during the Clone Wars. Clone troopers feared them more than B2-HA Super Battle Droids. A more dangerous variant of the B2-RP is the Super Battle Droid Rocket Trooper. They make a comeback for the New Confederacy of Independent Systems but aren't used very often now due to the Super Battle Droid Rocket Trooper's existence.
Characteristics[]
These droids are equipped with a built-in jetpack. To distinguish them from their more common infantry variants, they were painted with blue-white markings on their torsos, arms and legs.
History[]
The Clone Wars[]
The Last of the Droids[]
These droids were not used at all during The Last of the Droids era until the Attack on Hissrich. TF-1726 ordered them to be dispatched from the Munificent-class star frigates to attack the Imperial-I class Star Destroyers and TIE starfighters.
