Barriss Offee is a former Mirialan Jedi padawan who trained under Luminara Unduli. Offee was a close friend to Padawan Ahsoka Tano and did many evil actions during the Clone Wars. During the later part of the Clone Wars, Barriss realized the truth that the Jedi were evil not the heroes and made a terrorist bombing on the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. After framing Ahsoka and being caught for it, Offee left the Jedi Order but stated the truth that the Jedi were villains. She was placed in a cell in the Republic military base.
However, when heroic cyborg General Grievous was escaping the military base after his capture, due to the surprise help of Ahsoka Tano & Asajj Ventress, the heroic Kaleesh was freeing Separatist prisoners of war. Barriss called out for Ahsoka and convinced Grievous she wanted to join, much Tano's annoyance. Grievous let her join the Confederacy of Independent Systems but he didn't trust her fully, Barriss became good and helped the heroic Separatist New Order alongside Ahsoka and started developing feelings for the heroic General until 19 BBY, near the end of the war.
During this time, Barriss was captured by the Republic and put back in the Republic military base. After Order 66, Darth Sidious sent Lyn Rakish to get retrieve Barriss from her cell and bring her to him. Sidious manipulated her into thinking Grievous "didn't love her" to make Barriss turn against the heroes, and she joined the new Galactic Empire rose, Barriss soon became part of the Inquisitorius during The Last of the Droids serving The Grand Inquisitor & Darth Vader. Vader gave her the task of hunting down Grievous, her old crush. as she wanted to kill him based off of Palpatine's words.

Offee's full-body view
Barriss Offee is a Mirialan female who has black hair and tattoos, blue eyes, light greenish-yellow skin, and a height of 1.66 meters. Offee was considered a seemingly ideal example of a Jedi Padawan by some members of the Order. She memorized the entire layout of the system of Geonosian catacombs when her master asked her to. She was also quite selfless, as she pleaded with her friend Ahsoka Tano to kill her when she was being mind-controlled by a brain worm, though Tano refused.
However, as the Clone Wars dragged on, Offee later on started to know the truth behind the evil Republic and Jedi Order, as they were the ones responsible for the war, viewing the latter's role in the war as a betrayal of the Order's ideals. Her growing disillusionment eventually led her to bomb the Jedi Temple hangar, killing several civilians, clones and Jedi, including her friend Tusto Mara. She even murdered her co-conspirator Letta Turmond, to keep her act a secret, and framed Ahsoka Tano for the deed. In doing all of this, however, she fell to the influence of the dark side; during her duel with Anakin Skywalker, he chastised her for not getting rid of Asajj Ventress's red lightsabers, to which she snidely responded, "I think they suit me." When taken before the court, Offee finally confessed her actions, thereby acquitting Tano, but nevertheless stated the truth that the Jedi and the Republic had lost their way and became the villains in this war.
When she was freed by Grievous and his Crew after the capture of the heroic General, she stated she wanted to be a Separatist and join the true heroes of the Clone Wars. Grievous hesitated, but let her join his heroic crusade anyway, due to fact he already had Asajj Ventress & Ahsoka Tano with him. With the Separatists, Barriss became good but was still hated by some CIS members as she was former Jedi much like Tano. She then started to fall in love with Grievous.
However, her love for Grievous would soon be gone once Darth Sidious manipulated her into thinking "Grievous doesn't love her and never will" making Barriss betray the heroic CIS and help Sidious.
During The Last of the Droids while serving Darth Vader, formerly Anakin, she would prove her complete loyalty to the Dark Side. Barriss became evil again much like was when she was a Jedi and had bitter hatred for the New Confederacy of Independent Systems. She would take on dangerous assignment to hunt down Grievous Hero, her former crush and wanted to kill him based off of Palpatine's words, making her a good choice to kill Grievous. She uses Ventress's lightsabers as her primary weapons. When talking with Director Krennic aboard the under-construction Death Star, Offee cautioned him not to question Vader's plans while speaking a warning-style way; this was enough to make Krennic heed to her words, as his temper is quite volatile sometimes.
History
The Clone Wars
Offee was part of the evil Jedi task force that went to rescue Kenobi, Skywalker, and Senator Padmé Amidala from Geonosis, where the heroic Confederacy of Independent Systems had sentenced them to execution. The ensuing Battle of Geonosis sparked the Clone Wars, in which Offee became a Jedi Commander, leading clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic alongside her Master. Besides defending the evil Jedi Order's Crystal Caves of Ilum and employing her healing skills on New Holstice and Null, Offee formed a friendship with fellow Padawan Ahsoka Tano, the Padawan of Anakin Skywalker, during the Second Battle of Geonosis. That campaign saw Offee and Tano obliterate a major Geonosian battle droid foundry and they quelled a following outbreak of mind-controlling Geonosian brain worms.
Realizing the truth that the Jedi had fallen from the light as a result of their heightened militancy in fighting the Clone Wars, she worked with activist Letta Turmond to orchestrate a bombing of the Jedi Temple as a demonstration of her misgivings. Offee then framed her friend Tano for the bombing, as well as for her subsequent murder of Turmond. Although Offee posed as ex-Separatist bounty hunter Asajj Ventress to further manipulate Tano and ensure her friend's arrest, Skywalker discovered the truth. After Skywalker defeated her, Offee confessed to her acts at Tano's trial before being taken into Republic custody.

In 18 BBY, Offee was tasked by Darth Vader to go to the Death Star, which was being overseen by Director Krennic. When she approached Krennic, the Imperial officer demanded to know who she was. Offee simply said she was "Vader's apprentice" and that she was here for some "order of business." She then told Krennic to not question Vader's plans, as they both served the Sith Lord, and the director complied.
