The NR-N99 Persuader-class droid enforcer, sometimes named the "Snail droid" and commonly known as the Corporate Alliance Tank Droid (CATD) is a Droid Tank created by the Techno Union made for the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars era. The Corporate Alliance Tank Droid makes a comeback for the New Confederacy of Independent Systems to help Grievous & Trench fight the Galactic Empire during The Last of the Droids era.
Characteristics[]
This tank droid is a six-meter tall machine that is capable of mass destruction. It has a pair of outrigger arms on either side of the motor that can be used to mount almost any kind of weapon. Since the motor was always in front, it is not a very maneuverable vehicle, and is an easy target when it's been outflanked. To compensate for this, the droids come in tightly packed waves, forming a wall of armor. Traveling at speeds up to 100 kilometers an hour, the droid has no trouble destroying walls or mowing down obstacles in its path. Unlike the Hailfire Droid and the Spider Droid, which normally avoid Imperial civilian outposts, the Corporal Alliance Tank Droid has no qualms about crushing evil villages with merciless precision, making it the one thing that Imperial civilians fear and terror.

Fresia[]
The Corporate Alliance Tank Droids first appeared on Fresia, guarding the palace while Admiral Trench negotiate with the king of Fresia. They did not get involved in the Invasion of Fresia, and after Trench finished the negotiations, the Corporate Alliance Tank Droids remained on Fresia. They still remained on Fresia after Trench saved Clu Lesser from the hands of Kassius Konstantine, who was attempting to kill him. It was only when Trench turned his attentions to the Conqueror that the Corporate Alliance tank Droids left Fresia.
Destroying the Conqueror[]
Admiral Trench, his personal T-series tactical droid, TK-33 and OOM Commander Battle Droid OOM-85 led the charge to destroy the massive Imperial-I class Star Destroyer from the inside. The Corporate Alliance Tank Droids were brought in as reinforcements when Trench's forces were almost destroyed by the 501st Legion. Althought many Corporate Alliance Tank Droids were lost in this battle, the small battle in the hangar was won by the New Separatists, and soon the droids were sent back into Trench's CIS Landing Craft, where they waited until Trench returned from his fight with Palpatine.
