Cutter, known by his Stormtroopers, Commander Cutter is a Stormtrooper Commander that serves under the Galactic Empire during the early stages of The Last of the Droids.
Personality[]
Cutter is a funny, loyal, and cool Stormtrooper Commander during The Last of the Droids as seen during the Battle of Lothal. He works closely with Admiral Strang and often likes to joke around about certain things even though the time isn't right. When it's no time to joke, Cutter will kill people when needs to, which still makes him a threat to the New CIS. Even though Cutter has flaws, the Trooper Commander still can fight in hand-to-hand combat. He stands 1.83 meters tall and carries an E-11 Blaster rifle with him.
