DT-F16 is a female Death trooper commander. She is one of the first conscripted soldiers of Project War-Mantle, an initiative of the Galactic Empire enacted soon after its founding that seeks to fill out the ranks of the burgeoning Imperial Army with conscripted human soldiers instead of Jango Fett clones. TK-32028 is another trooper who's also a conscripted soldier of War-Mantle.

DT-F16 is a female death trooper who has a mechanical voice. She is completely covered in black armor and had a green-tinted visor. DT-F16 wields an E-11D blaster. As a commander, DT-F16 has leadership skills but failed to stop New CIS forces from boarding and destroying the Conqueror
