Earth is a planet in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy, also known as the Milky Way, and is the fifth largest planet in its system, the Solar System. It is also the only planet that is capable of holding all types of lifeforms, including humans and animals, its two main species. Earth's is home to many people who play vital roles in the Clone Wars and The Last of the Droids war, including Issei Hyoudou, Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi & Embryo. The planet's main government is the U.S, but in very late 20 BBY it was replaced by the Confederacy of Independent Systems. There is also a second Earth known as the World of Mana.
