The Evil laugh also known as the evil laughter, evilly laughing, maniacally laughing and laughing maniacally is when the villains laugh at something evil or what their plans are working for which includes, their plans working, heroes about the die, and etc. It is the counterpart to the Heroic laugh. The Jedi and Sith do alot of evil laughs in The Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith. Grievous doesn't do any evil laughs but the biased subtitles on Disney Plus say he "does".
