The gold-hilted lightsaber is a type of lightsaber that was wielded by sinister Jedi Moon Ni Rin during the Clone Wars era. It had a gold hilt and blue-blade.
History[]
Origins and collected by Grievous[]
Moon Ni Rin created the lightsaber as a means to kill Grievous as she hated the hero so much for killing Jedi villains. She wielded this gold-hilted lightsaber during many battles of the Clone Wars, including the Genocide at Fondor. During the Battle of Kessel, the heroic General Grievous defeated and took Moon Ni Rin's lightsaber as part of his heroic collection and used it for heroic purposes as he also wanted to investigate it.
Under Grievous's heroic grip[]
Grievous Hero used the lightsaber in the following battles he participated in such as the Battle onboard Grievous's Recusant, the Battle of Kashyyyk, where Moon's sister, Kae Tae Tae was surprised by the hero wielding the gold-hilted lightsaber, the Attack on the Naboo Shipyards and even the Duel in Dooku's palace.
Back under Evil's Grip[]
During the Battle of Skako, the heroic General Grievous used his Gold-hilted lightsaber in the fight against evil Jedi Mace Windu in an attempt to save vile Foreman Wat Tambor of the Techno Union. During the fight however, Grievous was defeated by the villainous Jedi due to Tambor and was captured. When he was brought to the Republic military base, Kae Tae Tae retrieved her sister's lightsaber from the heroic General's clutches, thus returning to evil grip once again.
