Kuroka is a Nekoshou, a rare variant of Nekomata, and a member of the Vali Team previously affiliated with the Khaos Brigade. She is the older sister of Koneko Toujou and a SS-Class Stray Devil, one of the most wanted criminals in the Underworld for killing her master, which was later revealed to be in order to protect her sister. During the Clone Wars, she was an enemy of the heroic Confederacy of Independent Systems and worked with the cruel and malicious Galactic Republic & Jedi in their fight against the heroic cyborg General Grievous & Rias Gremory's Peerage. However, Issei Hyoudou managed to get Kuroka to turn good and she betrayed the Republic and joined the heroic Separatist Alliance.
However, near the end of the Clone Wars, Kuroka was persuaded to betray Grievous and the CIS as she did making her a villain yet again. During the time of The Last of the Droids, Kuroka is more of a bounty hunter by working on her own for the highest bidder. She worked alongside several notorious bounty hunters such as Boba Fett & Cad Bane. It is unknown if she will ever be good again.
