The Techno Union Frigate is a frigate used the by Techno Union during the Clone Wars aiding the heroic Confederacy of Independent Systems in the war. Several them participated in Confederate Naval Fleets as well as Techno Union Fleets. They still served in fleets during The Last of the Droids helping the New Confederacy of Independent Systems.

A medium sized frigate and fishlike in design, the Techno Union Frigate is relatively fast and can put some heavy fire on an opponent and fall back before the enemy can respond. The Techno Union Frigate's has 7 turbolaser batteries, 4 laser cannons, 3 twin turbolaser batteries and 2 Ion Cannon batteries. The frigate has 5 engines & was equipped with a hyperdrive[1]. This makes the Techno Union Frigate a powerful frigate against the enemies it has to face. Though lacking a hangar, the ship has a boarding chute.[2]
Bridge[]

The Techno Union Frigate's Bridge is located on the "fin" of the ship. The Bridge has several control panels and has a command chair for it's commander. It is piloted by either D-wing air support droids or Skakoans and in some cases, both. The Bridge of the Techno Union Frigate also has a hologram communicator.[2]
Complement[]
Due to the Techno Union Frigate lack of a hangar, it's complement only consists of Battle droids which can range from B2 super battle droids[2], B1 battle droids, D-wing air support droids[2], BX-series droid commandos, BX-series droid commando captains and various others. This is mainly due to the ship's design & role as the Munificent-class star frigate is a better frigate as it carries Droid Fighter Squadrons, landing/boarding craft and even tanks for battles.
Role[]
The Techno Union Frigate's role is a frigate & a light destroyer. It can do great damage in battle but is not meant for invasion purposes which is why the Techno Union/Confederacy of Independent Systems/New Confederacy of Independent Systems doesn't use them to invade planets of evil and would use various other Confederacy Warships/New Confederacy Warships instead.

Pre-Clone Wars[]
Techno Union Frigates were used by the Techno Union during the Pre-Clone Wars. They were mostly used to protect the Union's riches and themselves. They were piloted by Skakoans during these days.
The Clone Wars[]
When the Techno Union pledged to the heroic Confederacy of Independent Systems, they sold their Techno Union Frigates to the CIS and they were part of their navy against the evil Galactic Republic. Piloted by either battle droids or Skakoans, these frigates were used during the Clone Wars in numerous fights against the evil Republic Navy though they were still rare due to the InterGalactic Banking Clan's Munificent-class star frigate being the main frigate of the Separatists.

Sector 11 Fleet[]
1000 Techno Union Frigates were part of the CIS Sector 11 Fleet headed by anti-heroic CIS Armed Forces Commander Super's Battle in order to save outright heroic General Grievous from the evil clutches of the Jedi/Republic after his capture at Skako.
Attack on Coruscant[]

The 1000 Techno Union Frigates of the Sector 11 Fleet arrived at Coruscant with the rest of the fleet and 40 of them engaged the evil Blockade of Coruscant while the rest stayed back.
