This OOM Commander Battle Droid was stationed on the bridge of the Munificent-class Command Ship in 19 BBY and participated in the Small battle over Coruscant. He commanded this vessel.

After Harch Admiral Trench found where the Conqueror was, he sent this OOM Commander Battle Droid with 3 Munificent-class star frigates. When they arrived at Coruscant, the OOM Commander was standing next to his seat and asked as a Driver Battle Droid was in it. He asked the Driver Droid Captain if all the cannons were prepared. The Driver droid responded with yes as the OOM Commander Droid walked down the ramp. He later told 2 OOM Pilot Droids to move their section closer to the modified Imperial-I class Star Destroyer. The 1st OOM Pilot Droid responded with yes and then moved the section towards the Conqueror. The Pilot Droid later stated they had a clear shot at the Conqueror and the OOM Commander was happy. Another Driver Battle Droid told the OOM Commander they've been had as the Conqueror's superlaser destroyed a Munificent-class star frigate. The OOM Commander told the droids to turn the section around but the Other OOM Pilot Droid told them their star frigate was too slow. He then ordered them to launch Droid Fighters and the OOM Pilots did but it forced TIE Fighters to launch and they destroyed the Vulture Droids. The TIEs later headed towards the booster engines of the Munificent-Command Ship after Emperor Palpatine gave them the order. They fired their Point-defense laser cannons, but the TIEs dodged and hit the engines. The OOM Commander was angry and told the crew to get to the escape pods but the Conqueror destroyed the Command Ship along with the OOM Commander.
