A Villain is a cruelly malicious person who is involved in or devoted to wickedness or crime. They also believe they are doing something right, when they're clearly wrong. The Jedi & Sith are clear examples of villains in Star Wars.

- In Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Knights are the main villains in the series, as they are the protagonists as well, against the antagonists, the heroic Confederacy of Independent Systems.
- Biased director Dave Filoni, has portrayed villains in a weird manner, such as having heroic characters (eg Grievous) portrayed in evil manners due to his bias, towards the Jedi and clone troopers and tried to portray them in "good manners' when are clearly wrong and evil.
- Idiots also tend to think Grievous is a "villain" when he is never cruel or malicious as he is definition of a hero.
